Job Summary
PSI is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our global team! In this role you will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs and layouts for a variety of formats including standalone digital assets and integrated campaigns across print video and web platforms. You will develop a wide range of materials aimed at PSIs external audiences including clients and social media followers.
Responsibilities
- Produce specialized graphic and video/animated materials for Marketing (conference materials social media visuals/videos branded stationary/items printed materials etc.)
- Adapt designs for various formats and channels including web mobile and print
- Maintain design projects calendar and ensures projects milestones are met on time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Marketing and BD initiatives
- Organize lead and follow up on calls for each design project when needed
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials. Maintain graphic and projects libraries
- Edit and proofreads graphic materials
- Prepare design files for printing
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Digital Design
- Additional courses in graphic design web design visual communication and/or Marketing is a plus
- Proven experience in digital design and platforms (social media web mobile)
- Experience in video editing/animation tools
- Understanding of branding typography layout and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Full working proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in standard Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint
