- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet volume and revenue targets across courier and freight services.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities conduct client meetings and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Product Promotion: Sell logistics and supply chain solutions including courier freight clearance and storage services tailored to client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Generate weekly updates and monthly business reviews on customer order status and sales performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations finance and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Feedback: Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.
Skills:
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of international shipping customs procedures and air freight operations is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Business Marketing Logistics or related field.
- Valid Drivers license and willingness to travel locally.
- Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in logistics or courier services.
