Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth across its freight forwarding and logistics services.

The successful candidate will join a trusted brand known for reliability speed and customer-centric service playing a key role in expanding its footprint in both domestic and international logistics.

Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet volume and revenue targets across courier and freight services.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities conduct client meetings and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Product Promotion: Sell logistics and supply chain solutions including courier freight clearance and storage services tailored to client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Generate weekly updates and monthly business reviews on customer order status and sales performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations finance and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Feedback: Follow up with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for service improvement.

Skills:

  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of international shipping customs procedures and air freight operations is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Marketing Logistics or related field.
  • Valid Drivers license and willingness to travel locally.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in logistics or courier services.
