We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Vice President Performance Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives that drive business growth. Based at our headquarters this senior leadership role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering marketing strategies that align with the organizations long-term objectives. You will oversee the entire marketing lifecyclefrom strategy development to performance analysiswhile working cross-functionally with headquarters regional teams and properties to ensure seamless execution.
As a key player in our growth efforts you will drive innovation lead high-impact marketing campaigns and establish strategic partnerships that elevate the brand enhance market penetration and accelerate revenue growth.
What youll be doing
Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth increase brand awareness and meet organizational goals. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and capturing new market segments. Oversee the full marketing funnel to ensure that every campaign maximizes its potential.
Dive data-driven decision-making by conducting in-depth performance analytics on all marketing initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement ensuring optimal ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Work closely with marketing sales product and regional teams to identify growth opportunities and align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all levels.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including agencies vendors industry associations and key influencers to amplify marketing reach and impact.
Stay at the forefront of industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics to inform and evolve marketing strategies. Drive a culture of innovation constantly exploring new channels and techniques to differentiate the brand.
Foster collaboration among regional teams ensuring alignment in marketing goals and execution. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to achieve collective success.
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Business Management Communications Marketing Digital Marketing or related field.
10 years of progressive experience in marketing with a strong background in strategic planning business analysis and campaign management. Prior experience in start-up environments or high-growth companies is preferred.
Proven ability to define success metrics analyze performance data and implement data-driven improvements.
Expertise in full-funnel marketing from lead generation to conversion and optimizing across various digital and traditional channels.
Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing strategies to drive growth.
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
