Job Description
- Taking patient vital signs and medical histories.
- Administering medications as directed.
- Performing basic laboratory tests.
- Preparing and sterilizing medical instruments.
- Maintaining patient records.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering phones and handling patient inquiries.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
- Certification from AAMA AMT NHA ARMA NCCT or NRCMA.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum two years of experience (five years preferred).
- Adult and pediatric experience.
- Must live within 75 miles of the facility.
- 5-day maximum return-to-office (RTO) policy with no consecutive days no RTO on weekends or holidays and no RTO the day before or after a holiday.
- Works in a fast-paced environment at a Juvenile Temporary Detention Center (JTDC).
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift.
