Procurement & Logistics Coordinator-Full Time-Carrum DownsAustralia

We are looking for a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to join our FEWIBU team in Australia.


Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales on S&OP planning to ensure optimal stock holdings at part-number level.
  • Define monitor and adjust safety stock and reorder levels based on market demand.
  • Place and manage replenishment orders across multiple factories maintaining accurate master data in D365 ERP.
  • Consolidate inventory and logistics data to coordinate container shipments and reduce costs.
  • Lead inbound activities including discrepancy resolution customs clearance and tariff paperwork.
  • Manage customer returns assess resale viability and coordinate repackaging or credit issuance.
  • Reconcile monthly and annual stock records between warehouse and ERP systems to ensure audit compliance.
  • Support ERP module implementation and optimization for inventory management resolving issues and driving improvements.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in demand planning inventory management or supply chain operations.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably D365) and data management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international factory networks.
  • Familiarity with logistics customs documentation and tariff concessions.
  • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving systems and processes.
