Job Description
Introduction
We are currently seeking a First Line Manager to join our reputable clients team.
Requirements:
- A relevant Finance qualification is required
- Quality assurance background will be advantageous e.g. exposure to Six sigma
- Relevant Management OR Supervisory training is preferable
- Compulsory 2-4 years experience in a finance clerk function (within a logistics environment)
- Finance First Line Manager acting experience would be an advantage
- Experience with technology usage (computer capturing process compliance data accuracy and pressure)
- Experience in a managerial and OR supervisory function
- Experience in Retail /FMCG environment will be advantageous
- Computer literacy at an advanced level especially Excel. Knowledge of Oracle will be advantageous
