We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Wedding & Event Manager to plan coordinate and deliver exceptional weddings and events. The role requires strong client management vendor coordination and hands-on execution to ensure seamless and memorable celebrations.

Main Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision budget and requirements for weddings and related events.
- Develop detailed event proposals timelines and budgets.
- Source negotiate with and manage vendors (caterers florists photographers entertainment d cor suppliers etc.).
- Coordinate all aspects of the event including venue setup decorations seating plans and schedules.
- Oversee event logistics including transportation accommodation arrangements and guest management.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and local regulations during events.
- Handle last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients vendors and local businesses to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare post-event reports including client feedback and budget reconciliation.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Event Management Hospitality Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 3 5 years experience in event planning preferably weddings.
- Proven track record of successfully managing events from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license is advantageous.
