Job Description
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Operations Team Lead/Supervisory recent experience in a call center/BPO setting (voice international)
- Excellent leadership coaching people management and development
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly flexible working hours no fixed shift model: comfortable with irregular schedules and on-demand availability rather than traditional 8-hour shift structures.
