Job Summary

Clinic Operations Lead

Work Setup: On-site in Cebu City

Schedule: Day Shift Mon-Fri (8 am-5 pm)
Shift: Rotational shifts (5-day work week varying rest days)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
4 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service or healthcare setting (e.g. clinic retail bank hotel etc.)
Solid experience in operations management process improvement and staff development
Excellent communication skills
Computer-proficient
