Job Responsibilities
- Establishing building and managing strong relationships with customers.
- Acquiring new customers.
- Creating and implementing sales action plans to meet sales targets.
- Obtaining customer requirements and leading product and technical teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Having deep industry knowledge in the assigned sectors.
- Setting meetings with customers to gather new requirements and design suitable solutions.
- Coordinating with Pre-Sales and engineers to prepare and propose appropriate solutions.
- Coordinating with the accounting team regarding issuing invoices credit notes and debit notes.
- Creating quotations and reviewing special pricing requests from customers; following up on quotations.
- Negotiating with suppliers on product pricing and with customers on price cost and delivery terms.
- Solving product-related issues and responding to customer inquiries regarding product details.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or an IT-related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in any sales field especially in IT infrastructure such as network security server storage or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Good command of English.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
