Our tests are designed to empower individuals to take control of their and their babys health as well as assist doctors with therapeutic a global leader in the field of preventive genetic tests specializing in NIPT cancer screening and lifestyle DNA tests is looking for a motivated Junior Medical Sales Representative to support the development of our sales partners (clinics doctors medical laboratories etc.) network and contribute to the companys business in Surabaya Indonesia
Tasks
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in building and growing a sales network of partner medical centers / clinics gynecologists oncologists and medical laboratories to promote and sell GenePlanets medical genetic testing products (NIPT Cancer Screen etc.)
- Supporting the implementation of product promotional activities
- Helping organize trainings and educational activities for external partners to strengthen their understanding of GenePlanets products and services
- Learning to manage sales activities and gradually taking responsibility for defined targets
- Actively cooperating with the sales and marketing team from HQ (understanding of online marketing is a plus)
- Staying informed about the competitive landscape and identifying potential new business opportunities
Please note that this role involves traveling and fieldwork to effectively engage with medical professionals and partners across various locations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Passion for sales and motivation to build a career in the healthcare sector
- Some initial experience in sales customer service or working with doctors (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication networking and interpersonal skills
- Task and result-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good proficiency in English
- A valid driving licence
- Active knowledge and use of MS Office tools
Having the following qualifications would be an advantage:
- Medical or science-related educational background
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry particularly the private healthcare sector
- Proficiency in any additional language
