What You Will Do

  • Lead regional sustainability strategy to meet RTX and Pratt & Whitney corporate and local sustainability directives by participating in Singapore Operations Council championing key sustainability initiatives across AMO Asia Pacific & Trkiye (APACT) international sites leading APAC Sustainability Council to share best practices and oversee the execution of key projects.

  • Provide functional leadership and expertise in the execution and operational success for new program industrialization across AMO Asia Pacific & Trkiye (APACT) aligned with business strategy and industrialization implementation (DAT and DSP) plan.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve KPIs implement Sustainability top projects Best Management Practices. Drive sustainability operational excellence and integration (energy water waste) throughout operations and projects to enhance profitability ensuring all sustainability goals are aligned with broader business objectives.

  • Provide sustainability expertise to AMO executive and site leaders in the development and communication of sustainability vision and integration of sustainable practices into business strategies; collaborate with central EH&S Sustainability Manager for alignment with APAC projects; and mentor sustainability team to drive sustainability initiatives foster innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee industrialization program infrastructure and property projects (purchase build lease renewal) and coordinate with RTX Real Estate office to ensure compliance with local and U.S environmental health safety and sustainability regulations while driving operation modernization by leveraging technology and sustainable practices across APACT operations.

  • Ensure successful execution of DAT industrialization projects by ensuring capital expenditure planning infrastructure construction real estate regulatory EH&S and Sustainability compliance and contribute to development of standardized framework for industrialization focusing on EHS and sustainability requirements

  • Drive DAT implementation and DSP repair introduction projects collaborating with sites facility and EH&S teams to ensure successful project delivery while supporting conformance to EH&S Management System consistency of EH&S record keeping and documentation as directed by organizational and regulatory policies.

  • Spearhead process innovation and improvement initiatives that enhance quality reduce cost and elevate operational performance.

  • Champion a safety-first culture that consistently exceeds safety goals and advances toward zero-injury performance.

  • Uphold RTX and Pratt & Whitney policies promoting awareness accountability and ethical responsibility.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering Sustainability or related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management EHS or sustainability with 5-7 years in a leadership role.

  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the business including EH&S people development regulatory quality operational technical and financial requirements.

  • In-depth knowledge of local and U.S. EHS and sustainability regulations.

  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects and collaborating with corporate real estate.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills to ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.

  • Proficiency in project management and compliance tracking tools.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to sustainability and safety.

  • Collaborative and proactive in managing complex projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-compliance environments. Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrated industry insight

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Masters Degree is preferred.

  • Aviation and Aftermarket experience would be preferred.

  • Experience in the field of infrastructure environmental and sustainability.

  • Technical knowledge of Pratt & Whitneys Engines Repair PW Repair Centers and PW Engine Services business is helpful.
