Internship Program, Dash Enterprise Developer for Sugar Prices Dashboard

1. Dashboard Development: 

• Develop an integrated Prices Dashboard using Dash Enterprise integrating real-time and historical price data. 

• Implement and optimize backend computations for price analytics and market trends. 

• Analyze historical fundamentals macro and price indicators to facilitate raw and white sugar basis spread and WP analysis. 

• Develop a visualization section for cross-commodity price comparisons and sensitivity studies. 

• Work on arbitrage (arb) models including white sugar import arbs Brazil Raws vs. Whites trade-offs and a consolidated domestic market index. 

• Assist in building CFTC KPI tracking tools. 

1. Data Integration and Cleaning: 

• Extract transform and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g. APIs databases spreadsheets). 

• Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

• Handle missing values outliers and data quality issues. 

1. Collaboration: 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements. 

• Collaborate with developers designers and product managers to integrate dashboards into existing systems. 

1. Documentation and Communication: 

• Document your work including data sources methodologies and assumptions. 

• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. 

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science Data Science Finance Engineering Economics or related fields. 

• Experience with Python and Dash (Plotly/Dash Enterprise) for web-based data visualization. 

• Strong skills in data analysis numerical computation and backend development. 

• Familiarity with commodity markets trading analytics or financial modeling is a plus. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

Internship duration:

• Between January 2026 to June 2026
