Property Sales Progressor (Full or Part Time) - North Leeds - 30000pa - Hybrid Working Possible!
We now seek an experienced Sales Progressor to join the team at this prestigious and highly regarded Estate Agency in North Leeds.
Highly knowledgeable and experienced within this specialism you will be an integral part of the business ensuring all sales are followed though to completion within agreed timescales.
The Reward
- Up to 30000pa depending on experience
- Hybrid working possible
- Full time - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- Part Time - Hours to be discussed
The Person
- Have previous experience of Sales Progression within an Estate Agency or have worked in Residential Conveyancing
- Possess a confident telephone manner
- Be highly organised able to work on multiple files at any one time
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work to strict deadlines
- Be IT literate and have experience of using a CRM
The Role
- Working within this highly regarded Estate Agency progressing multiple sales through to completion
- Liaising with all parties concerned during the sales process including Solicitors Surveyors Purchasers Vendors and other Agents
- Work within time deadlines set to ensure timely completions
- Record all interactions on the in-house CRM
- Regularly report to the Director on progress and provide date forecasts for upcoming completions
