Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new suppliers and buyers.
Visit local markets industrial areas and scrap yards to promote services.
Educate customers on platform features transaction process and benefits.
Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and onboarding targets.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business.
Collect market intelligence on competitor rates demand trends and material availability.
Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely pick-up/delivery of
material.
Resolve on-ground issues and escalate complex problems to the Sales Manager.
Submit accurate daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.
Represent at trade fairs exhibitions and networking events (as required).
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the metal/scrap/recycling industry (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently with strong time management.
Relationship-building mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office WhatsApp Business CRM tools).
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
1 3 years of field sales experience preferably in metals scrap trading B2B sales or
industrial supply.
Freshers with strong networking and sales aptitude may be considered.
Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle.
