Job Responsibilities
  • Outbound Sales: Contacting potential customers to generate interest and close sales.
  • Inbound Support: Handling incoming queries resolving concerns and providing information about products or services.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Asking questions to understand customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.

  • Database Management: Accurately entering and updating customer information in the companys CRM system.

  • Feedback Provision: Sharing insights on market trends and customer preferences with management and other departments.
