Our client is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Lead to spearhead cross-border payment growth within the local regions.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit train manage and motivate independent sales agents and targets in assigned provinces to ensure the customer base grows
- Motivate team to work towards sales targets monthly and annual sales targets
- Manage effective cost management within province
- Track own revenue against budgeted targets monthly
- Manage and develop awareness of the companys brand and services in the market
- Ensure sufficient stock of flyers and pamphlets are always available for the province
- Establish ways to increase the awareness of the companys brand and the services offered
- Manage calendar promotions as well as additionally carry out additional promotions throughout the year
- Always manage professional appearance of self and team in compliance with companys brand
- Increase number of conversions per month as well as the total amount of money remitted by the province per month
- Ensure that all agents are kept up to date on the latest company offerings AML ruling exchange control procedures and rules and regulations
Key Skills:
- Regional Money Transfer Sales Supervisor experience in a relevant region/corridor
- Knowledge of FICA and CPA regulations
- Knowledge of sales practices in specific corridor
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Own reliable transport
