At Acelero Learning Delaware were looking for an inspired and collaborative leader to join us as a Family Services Coordinatora pivotal role supporting families and driving strong outcomes across our Head Start program. What Youll Do
As a Family Services Coordinator you will:
Lead our family services work in key areas including ERSEA (Eligibility Recruitment Selection Enrollment and Attendance) family goal setting and support for families facing vulnerabilities or complex needs.
Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Family Services & Health and network leaders to develop implement and continuously improve our family engagement strategies.
Coach and guide a team of Family Advocates using the Family Advocate Success Rubric and real-time feedback to build capacity and deliver high-quality service.
Foster strong collaboration across departmentsincluding education health mental health and disabilitiesto align family life practices with school readiness.
Monitor and improve program quality using data and coaching to ensure strategies are executed with fidelity and impact.

What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Family and Child Development Public Health Social Work or a related field (Masters preferred)
At least 3 years of experience working with diverse families in low-income communities including supervisory experience
Experience using evidence-based strategies to improve family outcomes
Ability to work flexible hours to meet program and community needs
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with required insurance coverage
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfort with technology: email word processing and internet navigation
