Whats the role

The Sales Effectiveness Trainer - CRM/Operations is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that equip sales representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate internal operational systems including (SFDC). This role ensures that sales teams can efficiently utilize tools and processes to drive productivity data accuracy and sales effectiveness.

Heres what youll do:

  • Design deliver and continuously improve training programs for sales representatives on internal systems primarily and other sales operations tools (e.g. quoting tools CRM reporting dashboards order management).

  • Partner with Sales Operations Sales Enablement and IT to understand system updates and ensure timely communication and training for the sales organization.

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new sales hires focused on operational tools workflows and compliance procedures (CurioZ Concur Zeiss Focus App etc.)

  • Create engaging and user-friendly training materials including job aids video tutorials FAQs and step-by-step guides.

  • Facilitate live virtual or in-person training sessions workshops and webinars.

  • Develop assessments to evaluate training effectiveness and sales reps proficiency with systems.

  • Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for usage ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Support change management initiatives related to new tool implementation or process changes.

  • Monitor adoption and usage metrics of Salesforce and other tools to identify ongoing training needs.

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to sales reps as needed.

Do you qualify

  • Bachelors degree in Business Education Communications or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales operations sales enablement or training preferably within a CRM- or SaaS-driven environment.
  • Strong expertise in (admin-level knowledge a plus).
  • 5 years of experience with training development and delivery including e-learning tools.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills; comfortable leading both small and large groups.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into simple clear instructions for non-technical users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for helping others succeed.

The annual pay range for this position is $96900 - $121100.

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location scope of role qualifications education experience & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.

This position is eligible for a Performance Bonus.
