Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming WhatsApp leads after AI triage providing personalized sales support to maximize conversions.
Build trust with customers by answering product questions addressing concerns and guiding them to purchase.
Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns promotions and lead generation strategies.
Handle after-sales queries including coordinating with the operations team on deliveries returns and refunds.
Update product and listing data where necessary to ensure accuracy across sales channels.
Complete assigned administrative tasks to support overall business operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism empathy and accuracy in all communications.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in e-commerce or online sales is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
Comfortable working fully remote with reliable internet access and home office setup.
Organized and detail-oriented able to manage multiple chats and tasks simultaneously.
Willing to work shift-based schedules (within 40 hours/week)
Preferred but not required: Ability to handle conversational Mandarin (written and spoken) experience with WhatsApp Business platforms familiarity with Shopify/marketplace platforms or knowledge of second-hand electronics retail.
