Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Non-Motor Insurance division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales a deep understanding of non-motor insurance products (such as health fire marine liability etc.) and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for driving sales building relationships with clients and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers for non-motor insurance products.
- Promote and sell general insurance policies such as fire marine health liability and other specialty lines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and channel partners.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure timely policy issuance and servicing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in marketing activities roadshows and promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an MBA in Marketing.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales preferably in the non-motor segment.
- Good knowledge of non-motor insurance products and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated target-driven and customer-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
