Job Description

Location: Onsite Khyaban-e-Amin Lahore

Job Type & Hours: Full-Time (EST Time Zone)

English fluency should be 9/10

Role Overview:

  • Were hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound inquiries
  • execute outbound prospecting campaigns and support lead generation efforts. This role is
  • key to fueling our sales pipeline and delivering value to clients

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Development

  • Identify and target potential clients through LinkedIn cold email and data tools.
  • Personalize and execute outbound messaging sequences.
  • Book qualified meetings with agency owners recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Track outreach activities and engagement in the CRM.

Inbound Lead Qualification

  • Handle incoming leads from websites forms social channels or referrals.
  • Qualify leads based on fit hiring needs and decision-making ability.
  • Schedule discovery or demo calls with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communication in the CRM.

Lead Generation Support

  • Conduct research to build high-quality segmented prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to define ideal customer profiles.
  • Use tools to enrich data and improve outreach success rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize lead generation tactics.

Performance Metrics:

  • Meetings booked per week (inbound and outbound).
  • Cold outreach response and conversion rates.
  • Lead qualification accuracy and feedback loops.
  • CRM hygiene and reporting consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SDR BDR lead generation or agency sales.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn prospecting cold email tools and CRMs.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Strong research organization and follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated data-driven and able to work independently.

Bonus: Experience in the staffing HR tech or recruitment industry.
