Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with CRM systems managing sales pipelines and developing email flows for sales and follow-ups. The role requires someone who can independently update the CRM maintain accurate lead information and effectively communicate with potential clients to move them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Regularly update and maintain the CRM system (move lead statuses add missing information etc.) ensuring no lead or important communication falls through the cracks.
- Sales Support: Respond to potential leads with personalized professional emails to support the sales process and follow up on leads as necessary.
- Email Flow Development: Develop update and manage email templates and communication flows within the CRM system to enhance client engagement.
- Independent Work: Operate autonomously without requiring constant supervision ensuring high attention to detail and proactive updates.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and updates across the sales pipeline.
- Quality Control: Identify areas of improvement in CRM processes communication templates and follow-up strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear and compelling emails to clients.
- Ability to update and manage CRM systems independently ensuring all details are captured and accurate.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-ups and task completion.
- Experience in developing email flows templates and managing sales-related communication.
- Ability to read and interpret previous communications to understand what needs to be done without direct instructions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Takes ownership of the CRM system and ensures it is updated accurately.
