Job Title: LDR Staff Nurse

Work Mode: On-Site

Location: India

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care during labor delivery and recovery phases.
  • Monitor and assess the physical and emotional status of patients.
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and care protocols.
  • Support obstetrician during labor and delivery processes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote effective patient outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions.
  • Provide post-operative care and ensure recovery protocols are followed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with health regulations.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education programs.
  • Assist with prenatal and postnatal patient education.
  • Conduct routine assessments and evaluations of patient needs.
  • Stay updated on best practices in maternal and neonatal care.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
  • Bachelor s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maternity or neonatal nursing.
  • Certificate in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Strong knowledge of obstetrical nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress environment.
  • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical nursing practices.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations.
  • Adept in patient education and advocacy.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development.
