We are seeking a strategic and hands-on
TALENT PARTNER (m/w/d)
In this role you will play a pivotal role in aligning the companys people strategy with its ambitious business goals. Working closely with business leaders HR colleagues and external partners you will help shape talent acquisition development and engagement initiatives while ensuring a consistent values-driven employee experience. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for people and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent needs workforce planning and organizational design.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key functions ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement programs to attract retain and grow top talent across diverse functions.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to improve onboarding performance and engagement processes.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion in all talent initiatives.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and continuously improve talent practices.
- Support internal mobility and succession planning efforts across the region.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition HR business partnering or people development roles.
- Previous experience in the insurance financial services or regulated environments is a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced international setting with a high level of autonomy.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data-driven approaches to talent management.
- Fluency in English and German is required; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
