As a Customer Care Representative you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer needs for quotes coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers.
- Handles standardized products with pre-defined options.
- Contributes to predefined contracts and a framework of conditions and prices is set.
- Handles targeted clients
- Discusses sales approach with manager.
- Leads a department of medium-large personnel costs.
- Handles Low - Medium - region size stable region established market presence

To be successful in this role you will:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree completed or studying from an accredited university or college
- Being able to work on Campinas office twice a week
- Being able to speak Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)

- Ability to work independently.
