Product Director Brazil

As our Product Director for Brazil youll own the mission to revolutionize international payments for consumers and businesses. Your vision will guide how we build enhance and scale our infrastructure making international transfers feel as invisible and seamless as local payments.

This is a unique opportunity to define what a 10x-better financial product looks like in Brazil. You will be the driving force behind our entire user lifecycle in this high-growth market from defining the next generation of payment infrastructure to identifying new opportunities for our growing user base.

This role gives you the opportunity to:

• Own the Strategic Roadmap: You will define and execute the product strategy for Brazil. Youll make the high-impact calls on which currencies and payment methods to launch determining whether to build buy or partner to win the market.

• Lead and Scale a World-Class Team: You will mentor manage and inspire a high-performing group of product managers. Youll foster a high-energy collaborative environment where cross-functional teams (engineering compliance operations) can deliver their best work.

• Drive Explosive User Growth: Youll directly impact our global expansion by launching new currencies and payout methods driving acquisition and deepening user engagement to make us the default choice for millions.

• Expand the Product Ecosystem: You will bring the full power of our platform to the Brazilian market enabling customers to not just send money but to hold balances get paid and spend like a local with our card.

• Champion Speed and Cost: You will relentlessly optimize our existing currency corridors finding and executing on opportunities to drive down costs and increase payment speed ensuring we are always the cheapest fastest and most convenient choice.

• Translate Complex Compliance into Simple Experiences: Youll solve the toughest product challenges by taking complex local and global regulatory requirements and designing seamless user-friendly experiences that build trust and feel effortless.

• Collaborate to Scale Faster: Youll work seamlessly with core platform and operations teams to smooth the integration of new partners accelerating our product expansion at a global scale.

Qualifications :

What we are looking for: 

• Proven Product Leadership: You have significant experience building and scaling products to millions of users. You have a track record of leading mentoring and growing high-performing teams of product managers acting as a player-coach who is comfortable being hands-on.

• Brazil Payments Expert: You have deep domain knowledge of the Brazilian payments and fintech landscape (e.g. Pix local acquiring e-commerce banking regulations).

• Strategic & Analytical: You have exceptional clarity of thinking and can bring structure to highly ambiguous problems. You are passionate about using data and analytics to solve complex challenges and build consensus around a multi-year vision.

• End-to-End Delivery: You have a proven ability to deliver complex end-to-end products by collaborating effectively across engineering compliance operations and other departments.

• Customer-Obsessed: You have a knack for turning intricate technical and regulatory constraints into simple beautiful and effortless user experiences.

• Entrepreneurial Drive: You have a true entrepreneurial spirit and a creative mindset that challenges the status quo. You have a proven track record of getting the right things done and driving significant impact.

• Exceptional Communicator: You can communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organizationfrom inspiring your team to managing senior stakeholders and presenting to external partners.

• Language Fluency: You are fluent in both English and Portuguese (this is essential for this role).

Additional Information :

• Benefits: 

•  Salary range for this role is between 60.000BRL and 76.000BRL
