Responsibilities:
- Plan and review weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual performance of sales orders and collections
- Monitoring and implementing actions to improve sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Meet the sales target set by Management
- Provide a detailed and accurate specification / schedule adhering to all pertinent Building codes standards and total requirements of ASSA ABLOY products as requested by the clients
- Provide customer product quotations for perspective tenders and be proficient in the tender interview process
- Work together with internal project management team to ensure that the bills of quantities are promptly updated and assist in the preparation of project scheduling and installation of sample boards and mock-up samples as may be required
- Assist the finance department in the follow-up of payment from customers by ensuring that all necessary documentation especially regarding project progress claims are submitted according to schedule and on time
- Liaise closely between customers and our project management team logistics finance support teams to maximize and enhance customer service levels
- Any other ad-hoc projects and / or assignments which may be assigned by the company
- Liaise with ASSA ABLOY personnel to maximise customer service level
Accountablities:
- Excellent understanding of the project sales project management construction and real estate market

- Excellent time management and prioritization skills. High levels of creativity
- Computer literate (good skill in Microsoft Office software Excel Words Powerpoint).
- Good command over written and spoken English
Requirements:
- Having good networks with the decision-makers of project developers designers architects contractors sub-contractors Door makers and supplier
- Excellent experience in door hardwares solution in project sales sector is preferred
- Good knowledge of floor plan drawing
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in project sales or related
- Strong familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
