We are looking for a Guest Service Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests and to ensure that every guest enjoys a warm welcoming and seamless stay.
Key Responsibilities
Perform check-in check-out and cashiering duties in accordance with hotel standards.
Accurately update and maintain guest information in the Hotel Property Management System (PMS).
Handle reservations and guest inquiries via email phone and in person.
Manage and record all reservations and transactions accurately in the PMS.
Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about the hotel available rooms rates and amenities.
Actively promote and enroll guests in the Accor Loyalty Program ensuring they are informed of its benefits and rewards.
Welcome our loyalty members with warm and friendly professionalism ensuring they feel recognized and valued.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are clean tidy and ready for guests.
Support administrative and marketing functions as required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications :
Minimum GCE O Level qualification
Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
Possess a positive attitude outgoing personality and strong public relations skills
Prior experience in the hospitality industry and knowledge of Opera Cloud will be an advantage
