Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Construction Division drive business growth and build strong relationships within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the construction sector.
  • Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve divisional targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors developers architects and key industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee contract negotiations pricing and proposals.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the construction building materials or related industry.
  • Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering on revenue targets.
Key Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the construction sector and project sales cycles.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong industry networks.
