We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Construction Division drive business growth and build strong relationships within the construction industry.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share in the construction sector.

Lead mentor and manage the sales team to achieve divisional targets.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors developers architects and key industry stakeholders.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial industrial and infrastructure projects.

Oversee contract negotiations pricing and proposals.

Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to adapt strategies accordingly.

Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Construction Management or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the construction building materials or related industry.

Proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering on revenue targets.
