Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business outcomes.
Prioritize initiatives based on ROI risk assessment and strategic relevance.
Drive change management and transformation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance against scope schedule budget and quality standards.
2. Advanced Stakeholder Management
Engage and manage relationships with executive sponsors steering committees contractors and external partners.
Balance competing stakeholder priorities to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Facilitate negotiation issue resolution and communication across senior-level stakeholders.
3. Program & Portfolio Management
Oversee multiple related projects under a unified program structure.
Manage portfolio governance investment prioritization and risk mitigation strategies.
Coordinate resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration across various disciplines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Project Management Engineering IT or a related field (Masters degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 7 years experience in project or program management preferably with IT infrastructure or data center projects.
Professional certification required: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
Proven experience managing large cross-functional projects involving civil electrical IT systems and cooling infrastructure.
Strong understanding of project governance budgeting scheduling and resource planning.
