Responsibilities:
Responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries of the ear nose throat pharynx sinuses larynx thyroid oral cavity salivary glands and esophagus
Examines patients in clinic and performs surgical procedures as needed
Consult with patients to understand their health concerns and perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients
Consult with patients primary care physician and other specialists

Required Qualifications:
Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
Board Certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology
Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
