ABOUT CALLIES HOT LITTLE BISCUIT
Founded in 2005 with the goal of making the tender buttery made-by-hand biscuits by Carrie Moreys mother accessible across the country we are widely recognized as an iconic Southern brand with national retail exposure and a cult-like following. Our small grab & go eateries serve a variety of piping hot biscuits pimento cheese sandwiches and other locally inspired breakfast lunch and late-night treats. Our artisan goods have garnered 23 sofi awards from the Specialty Foods Association and our eateries have landed on the 2019 Fortune 100 Fastest-Growing Inner City Businesses list.

- Analyze daily posts and advertisements
- Analyze online sales strategies to produce timely social media content and other outreach opportunities
- Create creative content and captions for scheduled and future posts
- Be handy with a camera phone camera and photo editing software
- Communicate and build relationships with influencers to form collaborative relationships
- Respond to all customer comments messages a timely (at times urgent) manner to ensure engagement rates are maintained and or improved
- Function as the wholesale sales representative on a part time basis
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Love for biscuits and other Southern specialties
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently
- Associates degree required or equivalent experience Bachelors degree in related field preferred
- Three years in a marketing role preferred
