Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process including procurement production planning inventory and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Manage supplier relationships negotiate contracts and ensure quality and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing engineering quality and finance teams to align supply chain activities with production schedules and company goals.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead inventory management efforts ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Oversee logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Stay informed on market trends supply chain risks and regulatory requirements to proactively address challenges.
- Mentor and develop supply chain staff fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
