- Lead and manage annual contract negotiations with customers.
- Delivering customer services through telephone face-to-face visits account reviews reporting product forums and other relevant activities.
- Meet or exceed targets while continuously improving billing/revenue productivity market share and other key performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Coordinate billing processes with the Finance Team.
- Plan and host online and networking events with key stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Communications Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales account management business development or a related position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and drive results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
