Analyst - US Agency Diligence Advisory Group

Job Description Summary

Support C&W US on various agency underwriting assignments

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Review information provided by borrower to gain understanding of real estate asset underlying a financing request

  • Evaluate and compile property level income statements rent roll reimbursements occupancy statistics and other information in excel based models.

  • Compile market research to determine and verify projects economics and assumptions. Market research will include third party sources (such as REIS RCA and others) as well as public information available on the internet.

  • Review and evaluate third party reports including real estate appraisals environmental reports property condition reports and zoning analysis etc.

  • Review borrower level analysis to interpret derogatory issues and their net worth liquidity and investments.

  • Prepare writeups to be included in the brief memo explaining various findings about the asset and borrower

About You:

  • Engineering/MBA Graduate or similar qualification

  • 2 years of work experience

  • Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of Discounted Cash flow IRR NPV return analysis.

  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

  • Self-Starter with an ability to manage tight timelines
