Company Overview: Our Client a Karachi based company seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role
Job Scope:
Responsible to develop long-term retail category strategies optimizing product positioning pricing and promotions to maximize visibility and revenue. Manages category budgets and performance while leading sponsorship initiatives that ensure consistent branding and enhance PSOs corporate image.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrated marketing plan and brand campaigns in collaboration with the category team across touch points
- Oversee the Sponsorship Portfolio driving brand mileage through Digital branding Branding installations and Event Venue Branding initiatives
- Ensuring all Sponsorship related Events and Initiatvies are carried out efficiently and effectively delivering PSOs corporate brand identity
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to monitor product prices and remain competitive relative to key competitors and optimizing pricing strategies
- Analyze the value chain changing competitive landscape and marketing activities of key competitors to further grow market share
- Overseeing branding advertising and promotional campaigns of the Retail category promoting PSO at major industry related events
- Efficiently manage relationships and executions with external agencies (e.g. PR shopper marketing advertising graphic design research agencies etc.) delivering required output while minimizing cost
- Identify brand marketing channels to enter as future sources of growth and develop brand communication strategy and create integrated plans (collaboration with agencies public relations ATL BTL digital and offline creation)
- Manage all 6 Ps (product price place promotion people and presentation) of marketing across portfolio using them as the building blocks for marketing strategies
- Ensure a competitive Brand persona is maintained across forecourts
- Continuously evaluate and adjust marketing plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions as well as add new opportunities aligned to customer needs
- Take full ownership of the assigned category / product lines by leading the brand development strategy including budget responsibility revenue growth management strategy research and insights generation and future category opportunities
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns gain insight and assess against goals
- Undertake any other task or function as maybe desired by the management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution preferably in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6-7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization.
Requirements

- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Align the company around the brands direction choices and tactics
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
