David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Head of LATAM.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
- Lead the recruitment management and performance of regional sales and business development teams.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders including affiliates intermediaries and institutional partners.
- Drive revenue growth and oversee customer acquisition efforts across designated markets.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends competitor activity and regulatory developments and communicate findings to leadership.
- Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulatory requirements and internal company policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance Marketing Operations and Customer Support to optimize business processes.
- Prepare regular performance reports forecasts and strategic updates for senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 710 years of experience in business development sales leadership or senior management roles.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing operations in international or multi-regional markets.
- Strong professional network within relevant sectors or regions.
- Knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned territories.
