Job Summary:
The Head of Operation oversees the companys daily operations including reservations ticketing visa processing and travel coordination. This role ensures smooth and efficient processes high-quality customer service and cost-effective management of resources. The position requires strong leadership vendor management and collaboration with internal teams to drive operational excellence and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire Operations department ensuring effective execution of company goals.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency performance and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor managers and staff supporting their professional development and succession planning.
- Collaborate with Business Development Sales and Marketing to align operational activities with commercial strategies.
- Ensure product quality across travel services (hotels transport meals tours) and provide solutions to service issues.
- Oversee operational finance including budgets costing compliance and reporting.
- Monitor industry trends regulations and market dynamics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen vendor relationships and implement effective vendor management practices.
Main Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Tourism or Hospitality (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 4 years in senior leadership roles preferably in the travel/tourism industry.
- Strong organizational negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
