David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager Brazil.
Position: Business Development Manager (Brazil)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Compliance Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Implement acquisition onboarding activation and retention strategies tailored to partners including referral programs and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Provide regular updates on results risks and forecasts to regional leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development partnerships or sales preferably within digital finance technology or similar industries.
- Proven experience managing partner networks affiliates or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
