Job Description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Portuguese speaking Business Development Manager Brazil.

Position: Business Development Manager (Brazil)

Location: Remote within Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute localized business development strategies aligned with broader regional objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities and adapt the companys value proposition to meet partner needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Compliance Marketing) to design and launch targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Implement acquisition onboarding activation and retention strategies tailored to partners including referral programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
  • Provide regular updates on results risks and forecasts to regional leadership.

        REQUIREMENTS:

        • Native or fluent in Portuguese (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication. As well as proficiency in English (B2).
        • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development partnerships or sales preferably within digital finance technology or similar industries.
        • Proven experience managing partner networks affiliates or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
        • Strong analytical skills with a metrics-driven process-oriented mindset.
        • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
