About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will act as a strategic partner to the business by aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. A key focus of this position will be Learning & Development (L&D) designing implementing and monitoring programs that enhance employee growth capability building and leadership addition the HRBP will oversee all other HR functions ensuring a balanced holistic approach to talent management employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development (Primary Focus)
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and future skill needs.
- Design implement and monitor learning & development strategies programs and frameworks.
- Manage end-to-end training cycles: needs analysis content development (in-house or external) execution and evaluation.
- Drive leadership development succession planning and career pathing initiatives.
- Implement learning technologies e-learning platforms and blended learning methods.
- Track and report ROI of training programs.
Business Partnering & Strategy
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy workforce planning and organizational development.
- Act as a change agent to support business transformation and cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with business objectives.
Talent Management & Employee Engagement
- Support talent acquisition by partnering with recruiters to hire the right talent.
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting coaching and feedback.
- Drive employee engagement recognition programs and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance on career development and internal mobility.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters providing guidance on policies and conflict resolution.
- Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and internal governance.
- Promote a positive inclusive and safe workplace culture.
HR Operations & Data
- Partner with HR shared services to ensure smooth delivery of payroll benefits and administrative processes.
- Leverage HR analytics and reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement within HR.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 5 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong expertise in Learning & Development capability building and leadership programs.
- Knowledge of HR best practices across recruitment performance engagement and employee relations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
