Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee and manage the overall operations of our Visa Consultancy Business. The General Manager will be responsible for setting business strategies managing teams ensuring compliance and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities a proven track record in managing consultancy or service-oriented businesses and the ability to achieve organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the visa consultancy business ensuring smooth workflow across all departments.
-Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue expand the client base and improve service quality.
-Lead guide and supervise teams including sales customer support and operations to achieve performance targets.
-Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements related to visa consultancy.
-Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for the management.
-Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors partners and key clients to ensure ongoing support and collaboration.
-Introduce process improvements to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
-Handle escalated client concerns and ensure high standards of service delivery.
-Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and enhance professional growth.
Requirements:
-Masters/Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
-Minimum 7 years of managerial experience (consultancy/business services sector preferred).
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
-Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills.
-Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick and effective decisions.
-Strong understanding of business operations sales processes and customer service.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a competitive environment.
-Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM systems reporting tools and MS Office.
