JOB TITLE:


Account ManagerFood division managing customers in Fruit Vegetable and Food (Dairy Pet-Food Confectionary & Chocolate) in South Germany.You will be home office-based out of Germany (preferably in the Munich or Lake Konstanz area).

TASKS/ RESPONSABILITIES:

Were seeking a dedicated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.Fluency in both German and English is essentialalong with the willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory and beyond. This is a vacancy for an Account Manager for the vibrant and dynamic markets inthe area ofSouth Germany and eventually working towards the Balkan region.

In this role youll have the exciting opportunity to manage and cultivate both existing and new customer accounts focusing on key industry players. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping the success of our clients business in this thriving market.

Youll be the go-to person for technical support and commercial management at the plant level ensuring seamless operations and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers.

With your strategic mindset youll define the overall market potential craft annual business plans and provide insightful forecasts to drive our growth trajectory forward. Your proactive approach to territory management will be pivotal in identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to expand our market presence.

Communication is key and youll excel at maintaining regular contact with our target accounts including End-Users and OEMs. Your ability to listen understand and address their needs will solidify our position as a trusted partner in the industry.

  • Manage and develop existing and new customer accounts inthe region where you operate focusing on key industry players in theFruit Vegetable and Foodsectors.
  • Provide technical support and commercial management of customers at the plant level.
  • Define overall market potential annual business plan and forecast.
  • Implement proactive territory management strategies to maximise business growth.
  • Maintain frequent contact with target accounts (End-Users & OEMS).

PROFILE:
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B commercial experience with a strong technical affinity.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Commercial committed and results-driven personality.
  • Ability to work hands-on self-managed and with perseverance.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written as you will work in thelocal markets in Germany );other languages are advantageous.
  • Preferably experience in the food industry including knowledge of major players customs cultures technology and production processes.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (60-70%) throughout the territory and abroad.
  • You manage your work-life balance (home office)

SALARY / RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

The recruitment process is coordinated by Beyondo who is initiating the first interview. Thereafter you will meet with the EMEA Recruiter the current holder of this position. A visit to the head office in the Netherlands might be a part of the process.

Salary is based on German law depending on where you are salary for this position comprises a competitive fixed component of around 4000 Euros per month along with a performance-based bonus. The bonus is linked to achieving personal targets and milestones offering the potential for additional earnings based on individual performance.
