About the Role:
- Develop and maintain automated and ad hoc reports dashboards and data visualizations using Smartsheet Excel and Power BI.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate timely insights.
- Improve reporting workflows through automation ensure data accuracy and enhance tools and delivery methods.
- Translate data into clear presentations support ad hoc requests and contribute to team success through collaboration and continuous learning.
About You:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Statistics Computer Science Economics) with 2 years of experience in reporting data analysis or business intelligence.
- Skilled in Smartsheet SharePoint Power BI and advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement automation to boost efficiency.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities engaging stakeholders effectively and maintaining a proactive growth-oriented mindset.
