At CoAct a national not-for-profit organisation delivering employment services were looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to help drive smarter decision-making for both our internal teams and external clients through our dedicated reporting and analytics service Altivio.
This is a technically focused role with a client-facing element perfect for someone who enjoys owning reporting deliverables and working directly with clients to ensure their data needs are met. Youll be responsible for producing high-quality reports while engaging with clients to promote our Altivio offering understand their requirements present on our offering and ensure reporting outcomes align with expectations.
Your Mission:
As a Data Analyst youll be the go-to for extracting and translating complex data into clear insights that support our programs and partners. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver reporting analytics and strategy that makes a tangible impact.
What Youll Be Doing:
Engage with stakeholders to gather and define business needs and reporting and analytical requirements
Extract data and present to internal and external stakeholders with impact
Deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders
Develop project plans timelines and manage deliverables end-to-end and to schedule
Troubleshoot and support solutions post-implementation
Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients
Uphold best-practice reporting and analytical methodologies
What Youll Bring:
Solid experience in SQL HTML and working with databases
Familiarity with data visualisation and BI tools (MODE Tableau Power BI)
Experience dealing with external stakeholders
Sound understanding of data governance and data quality best practices
Skilled in solving problems and creating sustainable workarounds
Strong capabilities in requirements gathering documentation and process mapping
Detail-oriented organised and proactive communicator
