- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs and align technical solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio Java and XML for configuration and integration development.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC including analysis design development testing and maintenance.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively
