Guidewire Policycenter Tech lead
Job Description:
- Technical Leadership: Deep experience in PolicyCenter implementation configuration and customization. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to development teams working on Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud.
- Architecture & Design: Define and lead the architectural design of Guidewire solutions ensuring scalability performance and reliability.
- Development & Configuration: Engage in hands-on development configuration and customization of Guidewire PolicyCenter applications on Cloud
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter and other systems.
- Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior team members sharing expertise and promoting best practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements understand business needs and align technical solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Skills in Guidewire APD/Studio Java and XML for configuration and integration development.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Experience in the entire SDLC including analysis design development testing and maintenance.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile delivery processes and distributed teams.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication collaboration and problem-solving skills to manage teams and client relationships effectively
