Job Description
SMTQC Inspector
Salary Range: $23.00-$24.00/hr
Work Schedule: Swing Shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM)
**Swing Shift is eligible for 10% shift differential.
Job Description
- Knowledge and understanding of Manufacturing Process Instructions product documentation and deviation implementation for Surface Mount assemblies.
- Responsible for Surface Mount component FA inspection process.
- Responsible for stopping the line if needed.
- Responsible for scanning board data into the DGS system.
Job Requirements
- High School Education or equivalent.
- Minimum two years inspection experience of surface mount and through-hole printed circuit boards is a must.
- Experience using DMM (digital multimeter); must have the ability to measure & interpret the multimeter readings.
- Experience in contract manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions.
- Ability to identify components polarity (placement of components) part marking solder joint inspection.
- Ability to interpret quality control specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
