Principais Atividades e Responsabilidades
- Realizar as anlises fsico-qumicas de matrias-primas/gua e produtos (inicial processo e final) por meio de todos os testes necessrios efetuando todos os registros associados adequadamente;
- Realizar anlises fsico-qumicas em amostras de gua para injeo;
- Realizar anlise de partculas em produto acabado;
- Preparar padres e solues gerais do laboratrio;
- Realizar testes para auxiliar as validaes e qualificaes;
- Cumprir com os requisitos de integridade de dados;
- Controlar periodicamente o estoque de vidrarias e materiais;
- Realizar calibraes e manutenes preventivas nos equipamentos do laboratrio;
- Contribuir com a melhoria contnua das atividades do laboratrio;
- Realizar conferncia de anlises e registros;
- Realizar investigaes laboratoriais;
- Abertura de controle de mudana;
- Reviso de procedimento operacionais;
- Criao e implementao de melhorias para o laboratrio
- Requisitos
- Graduao em farmcia qumica ou engenharia qumica
- Conhecimento em anlises de bancada: testes de identificao titulaes preparos de solues.
- Conhecimento de anlise instrumental: CG HPLC Absoro Atmica Fotmetro de Chama Espectrofotmetro UV/Vis Polarmetro.
- Conhecimento nos sistemas Empower e TrackWise.
- Conhecimento em investigao analtica e desvios conferncia analtica reviso de procedimentos
