Job Summary
Position: SMT AOI/Inspector
Location: Gardena CA
Shift:1st
Compensation: $24/hr
Join our fast-paced electronics manufacturing team and help ensure top-quality circuit board assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Operate AOI machines to detect solder joint and component placement defects
Perform hand soldering touch-up and rework on SMT and thru-hole assemblies
Conduct visual inspections using microscopes per IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards
Review blueprints BOMs and assembly instructions to verify quality
Follow supervisor instructions and documented procedures
Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; 35 years of related experience preferred
IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 certification required
Detail-oriented organized and able to work independently
Proficient in English and committed to quality and timelines
We participate in E-Verify.
Must pass drug and background.
